Shipping policy

We are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review the details below regarding shipping timelines, restrictions, and policies.


1. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free on orders over $70 (before taxes)

  • Delivery within 2–5 business days

Free standard shipping applies to U.S. orders over $70 when signed into an ifsheloves.com account.
Exceptions may apply.

Orders placed after the applicable shipping cut-off time will ship the following business day.


Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Remote Locations

  • Standard Shipping required

  • Flat rate: $22

  • Additional transit time may apply


2. Order Cut-Off Times

Standard & Express Shipping

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:00 AM PDT ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM PDT ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday ship the following Monday.

  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Priority Shipping

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:00 PM PDT ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PDT ship the next business day.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday ship the following Monday.

  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to:

  • Product availability

  • Payment verification

  • Credit authentication

During sales and peak holiday periods, processing times may be extended.


3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • U.S. Territories


4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Each order may ship to one address only.

If items need to be shipped to multiple locations, separate orders must be placed for each address.


5. Taxes & Duties

  • Prices displayed on the website do not include applicable sales tax.

  • Sales tax (where required) and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • All charges are displayed on the Order Summary page before payment is finalized.

No additional duties apply to shipments within North America.


6. Order Tracking

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to activate.


Tracking Through Your Account

You may track your order by:

  1. Logging into your account and selecting Order History

  2. Clicking View Order

  3. Selecting Track Items

If you used Guest Checkout, use the Order Tracking link at the bottom of the website and enter your order details.


7. Refused or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please accept delivery and contact:

support@ifsheloves.com

If an order (or part of an order) is refused without prior authorization, you are responsible for all associated shipping charges.


8. Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to:

  • Redirect shipments

  • Modify delivery addresses


9. Processing & Delivery Disclaimer

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High-volume periods

  • Incorrect shipping information

IF SHE LOVES is not responsible for carrier-related delivery delays once the order has been shipped.
