2. Order Cut-Off Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:00 AM PDT ship the same day.

4. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Each order may ship to one address only.
If items need to be shipped to multiple locations, separate orders must be placed for each address.
5. Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the website do not include applicable sales tax.

Sales tax (where required) and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

All charges are displayed on the Order Summary page before payment is finalized.
No additional duties apply to shipments within North America.
6. Order Tracking

7. Refused or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please accept delivery and contact:
