Refund policy
At If She Loves, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the policy below for complete return and exchange details.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In original condition
- With original tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
2. Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on the same style, subject to availability.
For eligible exchanges:
- Return shipping is complimentary
- Shipment of the replacement item is complimentary
- You have 30 days from your delivery date to start an exchange
- Items can only be exchanged once, for a different size of the same style

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.
3. Returns
If you'd prefer a refund instead of an exchange, here's how returns work:
- A flat $6 return fee applies to all refund requests, deducted from your refund
- No restocking fees

4. Return Inspection & Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation of approval or rejection. If a return is declined, the item will be shipped back to you.
Returns may be declined if items show:
- Signs of wear
- Makeup, deodorant, sweat, grass, or dirt stains
- Damage
- Alterations
5. Refund Processing
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing occurs within 5–8 business days after approval
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service if arranging your own return. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
7. International Returns
International customers are responsible for:
